Description

A stock aircraft called KC-7A Kerbinmaster. Built with 153 of the finest parts, its root part is mk3Cockpit.Shuttle.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.10.0.

Meet the KC-7A Kerbinmaster! A dedicated long range, airborne, mobile base. Complete with long range satellite communications when out of LOS of a ground station - it’s inside that big radome on the back.

Also comes equipped with a full suite of science experiments, storage for deploying ground experiments, an additional 4 seats for a total crew compliment of 8 Kerbals, and room for up to 2 med sized rovers!

While it won’t win any medals for speed, it has plenty of endurance to fly it and cargo to any location on Kerbin and back. Includes a Juno powered APU to keep the batteries charged during long duration missions.
It is also a STOL, short take-off, and landing, with rugged landing gear, high mount wings and 4 Wheesley engines instead of Goliaths for more ground clearance for landing and taking off in rough terrain.

Take-off speed is ~50m/s depending on take off mass, stall speed is around 43m/s. At altitude, it has more than 6 hours of flight time, so feel free to defuel if a shorter mission for better performance as it comes loaded with 6,300 units of liquid fuel.

And as all my designs, it’s easy to fly and stable enough for 4x phys warp flight.
