The Plane
The Antonov A-11 is a single seat glider developed by Oleg Antonov. The plane was the worlds first metal framed glider and packed a distinguishing V-tail. Its first flight was in 1958 and about 150 were produced till 1964. The plane was even approved to do Aerobatics and even fly through and above the clouds.
My Interpretation of the Design
Has all of the downsides my other gliders have, except that it can actually land without disintegrating. I don’t know why the tail landing thingy doesn’t break, but im happy about it.
