The X-7 was the first aircraft to fly into the upper atmosphere and even make brief leaps into space. To achieve the speeds required for these flights, the X-7 was rocket-powered, and featured a reaction control system to maintain attitude control in the upper atmosphere and the vacuum of space. A pair of external fuel drop tanks were carried on suborbital test flights, which almost double it’s propellant load capacity.

Action Groups:
[1] Toggles Vernier Engines
[2] Toggles Flaps
[3] Toggles Main Engine
[4] Toggles Cockpit Lights
[6] Jettisons Wing Fuel Tanks

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.7.2.
