Description
A stock aircraft called MiK-2C. Built with 171 of the finest parts, its root part is trussPiece1x.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.11.2.
The MiK-2C is the naval variant of the MiK-2 fighter aircraft. Meant to operate in the Celesi Navi, this aircraft’s design includes folding wings for storage on aircraft carriers.
The incorporation of a very primitive airborne radar that could detect enemies before the pilot was only considered in the latest C variant of the design, which made the aircraft interesting for the air force too.
The only weapons that could be carried were 2x 50cal machine guns with 2400 round of ammo (1200 for each gun).
This fighter was kept in service for 11 years in the navy undergoing many updates that made it more reliable and safe to fly, and was kep in service for 6 years in the air force.
