Description
The Beriev Be-200 Altair (Russian: Бериев Бе-200) is a utility amphibious aircraft designed and built by the Beriev Aircraft Company. Marketed as being designed for fire fighting, search and rescue, maritime patrol, cargo, and passenger transportation, it has a capacity of 12,000 litres (3,200 US gal) of water, or up to 72 passengers.

Water Take-off Instruction
IF YOU HAVE SCATTERER PLEASE LOWER THE WATER WAVE PHYSIC BY:
1. open up scatterer menu by shift+alt+f10
2. go into the ocean setting tab
3. set the wave amplitude (AMP)
to 0.1 like in the image
4. press Set
and then Apply settings/Rebuild ocean
after you have done that heres how to takeoff in water:
- extend flaps by pressing [1], this is crucial in helping the nose lift up out of the water and reduce water drag (KSP water is gluey)
- go full throttle
- use rol control (Q/E) to keep the wing level
- hold S until the plane reach 60m/s it will lift off from the water
- retract flaps by pressing [1] again.
