Description
This is what I call a Strategic Missile Carrier
. This plane is capable of carrying 4 cruise missiles in its bomb/missile bays with the ability to swap the payload for either BDA bombs and missiles or stock missiles of your own - just make sure that they fit in Mk 2 cargo bays.
It might even be stealthy, at least the shape might be able to deflect some radar waves.
You can probably notice that this craft looks very similar to the B-2 Spirit. That is true, I like that plane and decided to make a similar vehicle but for a slightly different task. The B-2 is a bomber, whereas the Shadow
carries missiles.
The jet is pretty easy to fly, handles very well, can take off on short runways and is good at gliding. Launching missiles isn’t a hard task either: just press one of the action groups, switch to the missile and guide it to your target.
P.S. It looks like this is the first craft to be uploaded to KerbalX after the KSP 1.4.0 update!
