Description
So, everyone loves reusable rockets, right? That’s why I made this Proton-M inspired partially reusable rocket, which is capable of approximately 50-60 tons of cargo to LKO (probably more, I am not sure, test this for yourself ) with the first stage being reusable. For comparison, the original Proton-M can lift 21 tons to LEO without being reusable, and it weighs 705 tons - exactly as much as my rocket.
I also tried to make the rocket as aesthetically pleasing as possible, mimicking the looks of the original Russian lifter and using an interstage fairing for the stage 1 separation.
Originally, I needed a cheap rocket for resupply missions and high-orbit satellite delivery, and this craft accomplishes these tasks perfectly. Reusability brings the cost down and high power and cargo capacity makes this a perfect rocket for both career and creative players. Hope you enjoy my creation:3
P.S. The satellite on the last picture is not included. Instead, the rocket comes with 24.5 tons of ore as a test payload, so feel free to remove it immediately after loading the craft.
