Sorry for not uploading anything for ages. I have been very busy with school and I also had to reinstall my KSP with all my previous crafts deleted.
Anyway,
Advanced Avionics presents its brand new jet interceptor, the AA-38I. The mindset behind this plane was quite basic: speed & simplicity > manoeuvrability. That’s pretty much all you can say about this jet’s performance. It’s reeeeally fast and easy to manufacture, but quite moderate in terms of manoeuvrability.
Anyway, the AA-38I is really good at what it should be good at - intercepting planes. This MiG-like beast has a top speed of over 1300 m/s, cruising altitude and speed of 20-22 km and 1100 m/s respectively. Our engineers (me) packed enough fuel into this thing to make sure that you can reach the farthest points of Kerbin with proper piloting skills.
