Description

Canucks assemble! This was the most Canadian thing i could think of to run my new Blizzard engine (cause ya know… canada, snow,) anyway, The DHC-2 Beaver was first built in 1947, gaining it’s legendary reputation by accident really, there weren’t enough engines for the production of the beaver that the Board wanted. The designers wanted a more powerful wasp junior, and got it by luck.

Most previous DeHavilland planes were underpowered due to the british powerplants but the fact is britian didnt have too many small aircraft engines for this role.

To fly, it’s just like any other with blade pitch set to AG 1.

To STOL turn on brakes, then SAS, then RCS for flaps, then Set the trim all the way over, stage, then switch to the prop and turn off SAS, switch back to the plane and turn off brakes then you’re ready to fly
A stock aircraft called DHC Beaver. Built with 182 of the finest parts, its root part is probeCoreOcto2.
