Description
At last, Just in time for the holidays. Merry Christmas everyone!
The Legendary Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress, first flying in 1935 and serving in WW2, it was the third most produced bomber of all time, behind the B-24 and Ju-88. Serving until 1968 with the brazilian air force.
The B-17 is an unforgettable icon of military aviation with such aircraft as the swoose, aluminum overcast and of course, Memphis Belle.
Sorry it’s very part intensive, the plane itself is 193 parts.
To fly, Hit AG-1 to disable torque, set trim all the way over with ALT and E, then hit AG-1 and stage in that order, in rapid succession.
Massive thanks to Jon144 for the engines, HolidaytheLeek for taking a pic with his P-51 and servo for the formation/doctored photos.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.6.0.
