Description
The Daedalus-Class helicopter is a coaxial rotor helicopter with plenty of lift and decent cargo space. It’s purpose it to be an island hopping vehicle, perfect for transporting Kerbals from ocean base to land and back again. It can dock to surface bases via the front docking port and refuel. A docking arm is needed for this to be possible, but docking is not completely necessary. However, without refueling, you will eventually run out at some point. :/
Controls:
1: Activates rotors.
2: Toggles blade extend/retract, allowing for level flight when the body of the helicopter is producing enough lift that they are no longer needed.
3: Toggles Juno engines. They provide the bulk of the forward thrust.
Main Throttle: Controls blade pitch, and consequently, lift.
