Description
A B787-8, with 787 parts. Completely intentional.
Now with very unreliable spinning turbofan. Looks like my bearings need better cleaning.
Also, new style of window design. Tell me what you think.
No wing flex. Omegasad.
V-speeds
Vr-50m/s
VTD-60m/s
APU
Toggle with AG2 only, not bound to staging diagram.
Flaps
Controlled via [I] and [K], raise and droop respectively. Flaperon controlled by Gear. Recommended maximum deflection at Deploy Angle -10 / -30°.
Turbofan issues
It’s known that at high power settings, the fan, contrary to what you might think, will jam up. So, toggle off the tiny Junos (can be done by pressing AG5 then 4) and let the speed of the plane continue to spin it, although it will most probably jam again. I’ll clean up the bearing for next time.
Update: Increased flaperon upwards deflection.
A stock aircraft called Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner. Built with 787 of the finest parts, its root part is that shiny hexagon.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.8.1.
