Description

Has almost the same airframe as the 748I. I chose to use the 748F since I have an excuse to remove many parts like windows and hump length. Also has many fascinating features.

It is what the name says it is. A testbed for various robotic features.

This package includes:
- Split lower rudder
- Moving flaps
- Steerable inboard body landing gear

Because robotics™, the split rudder loses effectiveness as speed increases, and may flutter at high speeds.
Similarly, the flaps will buckle at high speeds, although they should limit max speed when deployed to <125m/s.
The steerable body gear will have a large effect on yaw on the ground, and maximum yaw may cause the plane to flip out on the ground. Caution this.

AG10 to extend flaps, AG9 to retract, AG7 to toggle slats.

Vr-65m/s
VTD-70m/s

Fuel can be removed to lower takeoff/landing speeds and increase cruise altitude.

Note: The split rudder may refuse to budge for no reason. Just revert to launch and it should fix itself.

A stock aircraft called Boeing 747-8 Freighter. Built with 413 of the finest parts, its root part is that hexagonal yellow block.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.7.2.

Batteries not included. Warranty void if launched.
