A stock rocket called Laythe underwater Base MK4. Built with 610 of the finest parts, its root part is cupola.

Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.3.0.

Hard to get into orbit needs refuelling when in orbit and to get to Laythe you need to use gravity braking. Also need to enable cheat unbreakable parts when jettison the heat shields otherwise it destroys the base but dont forget to dissable cheat after they are jetisoned and then during decent 20 seconds before you hit the ocean engage the solid rocket boosters to slow you down enough for safe landing. This craft is at the hard spectrum of KSP so expect to Kerbal a lot.
