A gyro test (for user enroger, he forced me into this)

1. Go to orbit (ditch first stage at the upper atmosphere / space)
2. Press AG 0 to ditch the second stage, decouple parts, etc
3. The selected craft should now be the spinning part. Disable SAS. Do Alt+Q or E to get it fully spinning.
4. Switch crafts (be sure not to switch to the second stage)
5. Enable SAS & RCS
6. Press one of AG 1, 2, 3 or 4 (enables one of four RCS thrusters)
7. Press H to fire RCS. The whole thing will slowly turn at 90deg angle relative to the thuster
8. You may need to counteract manually with Q / E the inability of SAS to keep the craft stable

Update: flywheel spins faster and RCS for counteracting the rotation instead of reaction wheels that with SAS would counteract the 90deg shifted force too
