A reddit weekly for a nautical vessel to Eve. My first propeller anything, but it works to some extent. If you try it, control from the forward pointing probe core attached to the rotating part and select the almost hidden docking port as the target so the propeller SAS can point to it and keep course.
The craft file is buggy in that it does not accept struts anymore - thus autostruts have been used.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.3.0.
