Description

A somewhat simple replica of the Grumman F-14 Tomcat. The wings are set up for three different positions, but using incremental control will allow different positions. Basic positions are full forward sweep, moderate sweep, and full aft sweep. There is a slight top-end performance improvement with full aft sweep, but not anything like the real thing. Maximum speed is unknown, as with full ‘burner it runs out of fuel while still gaining speed very slowly. The wings may fail to lock in flight, usually when trying to sweep forward at speed. They will then just have to be locked aft for stable flight. The wings will also flex if not locked in flight, use SAS to stabilise while the wings get locked in position.
