Description
Controls: AG1 extends the satellite atennas, AG2 releases the rocket from the custom-made launchpad, and AG3 collects the science. You can fly this however you want to get into orbit.
Story: With the KSP gaining reputation for doing things no Kerbal had ever done before, a 3rd mission was drawn up. It invovled using a modified satellite and puting on retrorockets to test what happens when things go back into the atmosphere. This was preparation for another future-planned mission that wasn’t disclosed yet and the task was once again given to C7s best engineer. He used the good ol’ Endeavour LV and the satellite was very similar to that of a Endeavour II, except inplace of a kernel, there was a retrorocket pack. 2 months later, launch was commenced in the desert at Kaikonur Kosmodrome. The launch went ok at first but then the rocket was spinning wildly to keep control as some air tubulence hit the rocket. This struggle continued until the rocket was in orbit. Orbiting went fine and so did payload release. 25 days after launch, the satellite was ordered to deorbit. However, the probe had since long gone eroded away by Kawking radiation and all but the control core was functioning. During the retroburn, the satellite was spun wildly. Mission Control then found out that the periapsis was just slighty above the Karman line. After that, the mission was aborted and labelled as a semi-success.
P.S. I’m currently making a Shenyang J-8II for the GRUK KSP 2020 Challenge so I might miss a few uplaod dates. Please compromise with this and I hope you still enjoy my craft. Thanks for supporting me by downlaoding it and liking my craft, it means lots to me!
