That thing’s pretty sturdy, in comparaison with an old rover (see picture). It is now a shell with 3 Kerbal capacity and 4 wheels: you can add whatever you want inside, probably batteries and RTGs.
A stock rover called Elcano Platform II-b. Built with 104 of the finest parts.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.12.2.

Very maniable, top speed 30 m/s on Kerbin.

Basically (nearly) unflippable, due to a R.A.P.I.E.R exploit that puts the CoM just under the chassis.
