Description
The Infared Kerbol Astronomical Satelite is Kerbins first space telescope to survey the night sky. Equipped with a 2.5m diameter hexegonal parabolic primary mirror and a SENTINEL infared sensor for its primary mission, it is able to detect NKO’s, near Kerbin objects. Secondary sensors include barometer, thermometer, and gravioli detector. 4 Dawn electic engines and a large Xenon tank give it 5k+ m/s of longevity. Power is provided by two Gigantor solar panels and Z-1k battery to back up onboard electical supply.
