Built like a mobile bomb shelter, this monstrous crew transport is nowhere near fast, but can take an unbelievable amount of damage thanks to its quadruple layer armor, ensuring the safety of up to 52 Kerbals. Based off of the design of the Armored Personnel Carrier, this design adds more armor and is far more resilient. The Colonial Armed Forces Air Marshal and Fleet Admiral personally lent the aid of his service department to help design the wheels necessary to haul this vessel. Designed for those who will spare no expense to see to the safety of their wounded, this amazing but ugly personnel transport can take pretty much anything short of a direct bomb hit. Even if the cockpit is destroyed, and the pilots killed, this thing can keep on rolling since it is equipped with a probe core hidden beneath layers of armor. Valentina was kind enough to test it for us, Mort having barred Jeb from doing it. She said that it took a very long time to accelerate and decelerate, but it could take most anything. Jeb did manage to take a fighter out, and spent the entire test firing at Val, whose fear gradually diminished. After 2 straight minutes of fire, the craft was still fully functional.

Val did not appear to be excited about the vessel’s looks, but she gave it her full approval after seeing its durability. It features special layered armor that is spaced out just enough to disperse the maximum amount of heat and structural damage from gunfire. While specifically designed to withstand gunfire, the Soulflare can also take two or maybe three direct missile hits from any ordinary armory. Cruise missiles excluded. The Soulflare is the perfect craft to make large scale, humanitarian rescue missions. If the crew pods are full, or in an emergency, Kerbals can huddle under the vessel and be perfectly safe from most airborne attacks. Order yours today, and ensure your wounded soldiers’ safety!
