Description

The ultimate radial propeller airliner. This aircraft is the final plane in a line of Kerlington’s propliners and represents the peak of propeller and structural technology in an airliner. Somewhat similar in appearence to the C3K airplanes but almost twice as fast and capable of flying much further. This plane is a direct competitor to jets and turboprops due in no small part to it’s great speed. The large size of it’s fusalage also makes for a relatively comfortable ride for passengers. Built for the Regional Jet Challenge 2: Electric Boogaloo on the KSP forums.

Flight instructions:
- Follow the following recommended throttle settings for maximum performance: 1/3 throttle for 30 m/s and below, 2/3 throttle to 130 m/s, 5/6 throttle to 170 m/s, full throttle above 170 m/s
- Activate action group 1 and set trim ~2 degrees nose up (h key trims up and n key down)
- Rotate at around 70 m/s being careful not to strike tail
- Ignore any gear warnings
- Gentle climb at 170+ m/s recommended
- When deploying gear, ensure nose gear unit is locked, if unit fails to lock, cycle gear again or manually lock
- Land at around ½ throttle
