Description
This rather unassuming plane has a very important role. It is an airborne command plane designed to coordinate a nuclear attack in the event of the government being knocked out. This plane, known as the ‘RATCRAP’ (Run Away, Take Control, Retalliate, And Profit), carries General Officers of the Air Force, Navy, and Army which are intended to plan and give final authorization for the strike. The bright white color relfects thermal energy from an atomic explosion.
