Description
Large 4 prop scout plane from the Kerbin Industrial Revolution over 200 years ago. It only holds two kerbals, and hasn’t been serviced for the majority of that 200 years, but hey, its super cheap, and weighs less than 10 tons. It can also remain airborne at around 25 m/s or even less. It will run out of power if flown on full power for too long, so consider this emergency power if you’ve really screwed something up.
Specifications:
- Role: Exploration airplane
- Range: Unknown
- Cruising speed: ~70 m/s
- Passengers: 1
- Crew: 1
- Cruising altitude: ~1000 m
- Service ceiling: who tf knows
Flight instructions:
- Same as any plane, but land at around 25 m/s, I’d also recommend simply leveling out a few metres off the ground and just using the trim (H and N) to slowly and gently get the plane down.
A stock aircraft called BB-3. Built with 90 of the finest parts, its root part is pointyNoseConeB.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.8.1.
