Description
The Avalanche is a class of satellite designed for signals interception.
This satellite has an enormous extendable reflector dish which allows it to pick up communications from kerbin. It is intended to orbit at 150+ kilometers.

I went to the trouble of putting this huge thing into a fairing so you don’t have to.
Deploy the solar arrays first to ensure you have enough power to extend the reflector dish.
To deploy the main dish safely, you must unlock, extend, and relock the pistons starting from the innermost ones to the ones on the outside. Once you have extended a piston, and locked it, turn off it’s motor.
The Avalanche is expensive, so it’s best to use a shuttle and refuel/repair it than to deorbit it.
