This Falcon 9 is capable of lifting 10t to 150km orbit. Heavily inspired by Condor 9 made by EJ (I stole the legs from it (sorry)). All credits go to him for the design.
1st stage can land back near KSC if you leave ~2100 units of liquid fuel in it before decoupling.
2nd stage can also land back from orbit. It has 2 drogue chutes to slow it down a bit but then you need to burn the engine to land safely. When landing the 1st stage decouple the legs at ~80m/s and spam Z (full throttle). When launching the rocket do the grav turn very carefully dont overdo it do only like 15-20° max. (5° at 1000m and then just lock on the prograde on sas).
