Extendable Kerbin station with centrifuge, realistically launch (under fairing, launcher included), should be assembled on orbit (required tugs included). Next 2 modules will be soon.

Launcher instructions: start grav. turn from 80m/s of speed - set pith to 80, set SAS to prograde when vector of speed reach nose direction, drop fairings at 45 km.
