Description
Since I’m moving to the era of docking-capable SSTOs, this station can save us a lot of time on refueling.
Although designed for Minmus use, you could take it even further (e.g. Ike). Unlike my other rings, this one is made specifically to hold and convert fuel.
UPDATE: now comes with science.

For the ascent, it is recommended that you ascend straight up until your apoapsis is well-above 35-km (personally, I go for ~55), cut the engines, then resume once you’ve cleared 35 km with the RCS on. When I tried the gravity-style turn, stuff started to blow up. Maybe the always-active radiators (not the TCS) will cool everything down, maybe not, but your ascent plan is up to you.
