Spaceplane designed to fly to Minmus for refueling before flying to Duna. When the RAPIERS flame out, the NERVs alone have enough thrust for a TWR of over 1 on Mars.
UPDATE: replaced the solar panels with Gigantors for additional power input, installed more batteries, reaction wheels, and more
