STOP!

This craft ain’t bad, but if you want to see propeller aircraft that are downright incredible then check out HolidayTheLeek! https://kerbalx.com/HolidayTheLeek
Even if you’re not a fan of propeller aircraft you should check him out anyway as he makes various aircraft (and other things) that are truly top tier.
If you’ve seen his stuff before you can tell that this craft has his influence all over it, so give him a look dang it!

Craft Description

This is a stock biplane fighter craft that utilizes a stockprop. This craft’s design was not inspired by any particular source. This craft is fairly maneuverable and has a large amount of control authority, although I would recommend that you try to keep it under 5 g, as the engine gets very shakey and may even explode in such maneuvers. This craft has decent acceleration and cruises at a comfortable 62 m/s. If you don’t have 1.6 or any mod that allows you to remove the Kerbal’s helmets then they are going to poke out the top of the cockpit, sorry.

The engine originally used rcs casings for its bearings, in this configuration it was able to travel at 75 m/s. However, I couldn’t get the bearing to be strong enough to survive hard maneuvers, so I had to switch over to the cubic octagonal strut casings it uses now, reducing it to its current top speed.

This is an unusual upload for me, as I rarely make propeller aircraft, but I threw this together in a day and figured I may as well post it. it was a fun exercise, but I don’t see it becoming a regular thing. (seriously Holiday how do you do it?)
