K.R.A.S.S.H. Industries (Klapaucius Reliable Air, Space, Sea & Hardware) have outdone themselves this time. Appropriately named after the sexagenarian skinflint in Moliere’s play The Miser
, Harpagon is the ultimate in low-cost medium range transport. For the low, low, low cost of only 60.009, you can have this 158 passenger gem. That’s the cost of just two Mk 3 passenger modules That’s almost 5 times the passenger capacity for the same cost, and that’s not even factoring in wings, engines and landing gear. What a deal!
And despite the fact that nearly no cost has not been spared, it is still a safe aircraft. An accidental ditching resulted in no fatalities! See bottom images of the relieved swimmers.
FLYING: It flies quite well empty. Full, it is a real drag on the CPU. If you do intend to fill it with passengers, I highly recommend the excellent TAKE COMMAND MOD which puts the Kerbals in their command seats automatically .
