Sensing a large gap in the market for a large, incredibly expensive, inefficient and pointless aircraft, K.R.A.S.S.H brings you Gormenghast! Derived from our Steerpike model (https://kerbalx.com/Klapaucius/Steerpike-136-passenger-liner) Gormenghast is the non-plus-ultra of large airliners. Named after the sprawling castle of Mervyn Peake’s fantasy masterwork, Gormenghast is a triumph of ambition over good sense.

The two main classes (Cora class and Clarice class) offer window views for all passengers.

Those with unlimited funds and a taste for the finest can book accommodation in either the Titus or Fuchsia cupola lounges. Cupola lounge passengers also have access to the additional storage compartments.

And it lights up like a Christmas tree!

The aircraft also comes with sufficient battery power for extended stays out in the wilderness, as well as solar charging so the beer in the fridge always stays cold. Ample antennas ensure excellent reception both for navigation and media.

Landing: This aircraft is very unforgiving of hard landings. The plane has a fair amount of drag, so the big danger is losing too much airspeed while you still have too much altitude. The best technique is to get fairly low while still at full throttle and then kill the engines when around 100 metres off the ground. Nose up if need be to bleed speed and try to land under 70 metres per second. The end of the video shows a successful landing.
