K.R.A.S.S.H. Industries (Klaupaucius Reliable Air, Space, Sea & Hardware) brings you are newest sporty offering: Bugs. Named after the wittiest rabbit of all time, Bugs is a delight to fly from land AND water. Bugs also holds the distinction of having the shortest takeoff of any of our planes. With full tanks, a few metres. With tanks nearly empty, Bugs hops into the air almost immediately.
Finally, Bugs has exceptionally long range; Bugs just flew a non-stop test flight of 10,033 kilometres.
FLYING:
For short takeoff, apply the brakes and thrust reverser until the engine has spun up to speed. Toggle the reverser and let go the brakes.
WATER LANDING: Get Bugs around 40 mps or less. It is a quick stop.
WATER TAKEOFF: If the tanks are full, you will need to get a bit of speed, dip the nose underwater and then rise up to take off (see video). If the tanks are nearly empty, you can just lift off.
