Acton group one toggles the fuel cell which you will need to keep the batteries charged. The rear controller on the back of the frog controls the legs. It is set to a 3 second cycle, which works reasonably on Kerbin and Tylo. However, the frog does get off kilter, so you may want to manually pause from time to time and let it collect itself.
For Duna, a 10-second setting seems to work well. Any other low-gravity body requires manually dragging the playhead.
Stability control is a must.
