I built this plane with both inspiration from Vietnam-Era American Carrier Fighters, as well as thinking about the first plane to break the sound barrier. It can circumnavigate kerbin easily (possibly even twice) with afterburner on for nearly the entire time which is recommended, the fastest speed i could get on engine power alone was about 900m/s and i found the optimal cruising height to be 16-17000 m
