This a reusable SSTO launch System able to put heavy payloads into Duna trajectroy.
The SSTO does not actually fly all the way to Duna.
Instead it Releases its payload on Duna trjectory, then does a little retrograde burn to stay in highly elliptic Kerbin Orbit, and then return to Kerbin by aerobraking.
It comes with a complete Duna Base including Rover, Orbiter, Lander and 3 Relay Satellites.
Depending on your ascend path you can lower the liquid fuel by 1000-3000 Units in KSP 1.6.1
