A fully reusable Cubesat launch rocket that can also be used to launch other small satellites.
The first stage is an SSTO, so the rocket can launch into orbit then de-orbit and land.
Second stage has about 1,100 m/s of delta-v to put your satellites in a Mun orbit or a minmus orbit.
