A stock SSTO Spaceplane named the EMP. It can generate EMP pulses that can jam enemy communication anywhere on Kerbin, The Mun, Minmus and Duna. It is able to hold 6 crew and also be able to be used as a beginner SSTO due to its massive fuel reserves.
