Startup process:

1. Turn on outer motors, to full throttle. This should be done quickly to minimize yaw as this thing handles about as well as a train on the ground.

2. Open up the inner motors next to each other

3. As simultaneously as possible, turn both inner motors to full throttle. The uneven torque of only one motor can cause the plane to roll on the runway, damaging the propellers. I estimate they need to be turned on less than 0.5 seconds apart to avoid propeller damage
