Set SAS (there is no RCS thrusters or fuel, turning the RCS on has no effect)
Hit Z for Max Throttle
Set Camera position :-)
Hit SPACE bar
At 200+m/s reduce throttle 2 marks
At 5000m press D to pitch over 5-10deg
At 350+m/s reduce throttle 2/3rds
At 400+m/s reduce throttle ½
At 20,000m The Solid Boosters burn out
Hit SPACE bar to jettison them
Increase throttle to 2/3rds
The 2 outer stacks burn out very soon after
Hit SPACE bar to jettison them
Press D to pitch over to 40-45deg
Hit Z for max throttle
Watch the orbit screen, When the Apoapsis reaches 100,000m
Hit X to shut down the engines
Add a manoeuvre node and plan your orbit insertion manoeuvre
The next 2 outer stacks burn out during the orbit insertion manoeuvre
Hit SPACE bar to jettison
When you reach orbit Press X to shut down the engine
