This will be used by me in the not-so-near future to colonize Laythe Avatar-style.
I recommend pulsing the Vectors on and off with their action group while the Rapiers are spooling up (and using them as little as possible to conserve oxidizer). I also recommend RCS activation for extra control in this flight regime.
It can put 45 tons in orbit after a vertical takeoff and have ~1,300 m/s ∆v left over.
