Small communications satellite designed for crating a localised communications network in Kerbin GeoStationary orbit.
Designed to be launched using the Avalon I launch vehicle.
A mod rocket called Kerbin Keo Stationary Comm Sat. Built with 22 of the finest parts, its root part is HECS2.ProbeCore.
Built in the VAB in KSP version 1.5.1.
