Description
Automated Cargo SSTO. Can lift 1.5 tons to LEO, comes stock with a light (.6t) xenon science sat.
Standard spaceplane profile… 30 degrees up to 15km, level off and gain speed up to 1100-1200, press 2 and nose up as far as she’ll let you. When rate of climb is around 250m/s, lock to prograde and burn til the APO is around 80.
On Reentry, pump all remaining fuel to the front, when you start to see shock heating pull up and pop airbrakes (B) to bleed speed. With some practice you can come right back down to the KSC and hit the runway.
If you have trouble, you can do suborbital hops… deploy the sat and let it self circularize, them come back and fly the drone back down.
