The Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (SCA) were two extensively modified Boeing 747 airliners that NASA used to transport Space Shuttle orbiters. The SCAs were used to ferry Space Shuttles from landing sites back to the Shuttle Landing Facility at the Kennedy Space Center.

Features fully working Fowler Flaps, leading edge slats and spoilers, with an efficient bowed wing to generate maximum lift. Ensure you watch your throttles, just like a real jet this can over-speed at low altitudes without proper thrust control!

For take-off: set take-off flaps (5) to deployed, set slats to retracted (8) and retract the landing flaps (6).

For landing: Set take-off flaps (5) to deployed, as needed; set slats to retracted (8); and set landing flaps (6) to deployed, retard flight controls at 20-30 meters.
