Description

The Dassault Etendard was a carrier based fighter aircraft for the French navy, originating from the 50s. There were multiple variations from it, the Etendard II, IV and VI. It was developed into the Super Etendard which stayed in service all the way up to 2016.

The IVM was an upgraded fighter variant of the Etendard IV, having it’s first flight in 1958. It was designed along with the IVP, a photo-reconnaissance version. The IVM was deemed a great attack aircraft with some fighting and intercepting capabilities.

Oh, what a lovely build. The Etendard is a beautiful aircraft which I absolutely love. The building process was smooth sailing, it was like the plane was designed to be built in KSP. I made two versions, one plain with no flags and the Marine Nationale using flags made by Mendrin and Oceanterry. Thanks for the permission to use the flags, Mendrin! They can be found below.

Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.10.1.
