• It’s a small house for 3-4 to live in, modeled after traditional German half-timbered houses.
• Two of the facades are greatly inspired by a model (shown at the bottom). I do love some levation in house design.
• Downstairs is a small shop with roller shutter, together with its storage room. Shop owner does not necessarily live in the house, but I think it would be nice if so.
• 2 RTGs simulate access to power grid.
• Use the maintenance hatch to enter/leave the house.
• The mod VesselMover is highly recommended for moving this craft around.

With these 3 houses (Style 1, Style 2), it’s easy to rearrange all those components to create similar yet different ones, and set up a tiny settlement like shown in the screenshots below. My suggestion is that all solar panels and satellite dishes should be oriented south-ish, or simply remove them for more freedom in settlement organisation. With 4-5 buildings on site, my (rather low) FPS still remains acceptable.
