This is part of Echo ‘47, a collection of semi-fictional designs set in the dawn of the jet age. Craft may be named after their real world inspirations, but they are not meant to be replicas.
Design Notes
- It’s basically the DH.100 Vampire counterpart in terms of design and role, the only major difference is the air intake. I also imagine that there’s a basic radar system in its nose.
- With <40m/s stall speed and good maneuverability, I’d say it’s a joy to fly. Water landing/take off is possible.
- MouseAimFlight mod is highly recommended.
