Description
The CF-105 Arrow was a Canadian designed, delta-winged interceptor. It was first tested on the 25th of March 1958, with Pratt & Whitney J75 engines.
It was planned to have Iroquois
engines, which promised over mach 2 with an altitude of 15,000 metres.
Sadly, this plane and its production line was slain in 1959 by the Diefenbaker government, and most plans were destroyed. It ruined hundreds of jobs, but mostly took away a Canadian icon.
So here it is, for you! Recreated! If you notice, there are a few holes between the weapons bay and the inside of the fuselage, but when I attempted to patch these it created too much drag.
If you want to indicate a level flight path, or want the indicator to meet up with your actual heading, there’s a drone core just behind the cockpit.
I hope you enjoy!
