Description
A mod aircraft called F-117A. Built with 135 of the finest parts, its root part is B9.Cockpit.M27.
Built in the SPH in KSP version 1.12.3.
F-117A
The F-117A is a stealth attack aircraft operated by the Southern Kerbal Airforce.
\
Originally developed during the Continental War, this aircraft was initially intended to be smaller. However, the command decided to increase its size to enhance operational range and effectiveness, rather than following the terrible idea
of fitting two small bombs into a complex aircraft.
\
As a result, the F-117A features internal weapon bays on each side rather than in the center, allowing it to carry a variety of armaments.
\
To avoid heat tracking, a low, wide nozzle shape was adopted. However, due to the limitations of Kerbal technology, there was no propulsion system that could fit this design, so the engine was slightly lowered to resolve the issue.
\
Years later, the aircraft was discovered in an abandoned hangar, and JSI (Joint Space Industries) sought to restore it.
\
After a damn 8-hour flight test, the successful restoration of the aircraft was completed.
\
The eight hardpoints—four in each internal weapon bay—are armed with four cluster bombs for bombing and four AIM-9 Sidewinders for defense.
\
Unfortunately, while attempting to add a machine gun, it mysteriously disappeared, leaving this flying brick without one.
