You must load Kerbals into the chairs and control from there. Cockpit control is rotated by 90 degrees and points up. A default in design deemed not worthy of fixing after the craft was built.¨Action groups are JRA Standard. AI is set to stand-by and flight settings are set for optimal manueverability.
